Rulers are thieves says Sheikh Rashid in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid reached Rawalpindi is historic

Committee Chowk on Friday hours before his scheduled anti-government rally at his residence Lal Haveli.

Talking to media here he said  The rulers are cowardly fearful. They are thieves.

They are panicked and frightened too.

Referring to Committee Chowk the AML chief remarked  I am standing at Committee Chowk a crossroad noted for its affiliation with martyrs.

Earlier we caused Ayub Khan to flee from here  Committee Chowk.

Now we will do the same with Nawaz Sharif at 2 pm today he vowed.

It should be mentioned here that Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) has planned a massive protest at November 2 in Islamabad.

To prepare the major event Sheikh Rashid announced an initial rally today as curtain raiser at his Lal Haveli.

However Punjab government today issued directives to concerned authorities to arrest Sheikh Rashid after

heavily containerizing Rawalpindi
